We cater for Juniors (starting from 8 years old) to Seniors of all abilities. We are very proud of our strong female contingent, which proves Judo is a sport for all, not just the guys.
When I was 16, the Olympics in London were announced. Believing in myself wasn’t my strongest thing, but someone said to me: ‘You could go to the Olympics if you put your mind to it’. From then, I just went for it.
